I clicked this expecting a decent dark romance, but the narrator really made this audiobook hit on another level. His Quiet Weapon by M.N. Morant is already a great story, but the narrator absolutely elevated it.
Her voice fits the tone of the book perfectly. She has this calm, controlled delivery that works so well for Sanaa’s character. When things get tense or emotional, you can hear the shift in her voice and it feels natural instead of overacted.
What stood out the most is how she handled the intensity of the scenes. The dangerous moments, the quieter moments, and the attitude in the dialogue all come through clearly. She gives the characters personality and makes the story feel alive instead of flat.
Honestly the narration is a big reason this audiobook works so well. She keeps you engaged the entire time and pulls you into the story. If you like dark romance with strong characters and great narration, this one is definitely worth the listen.

His Quiet Weapon is a compelling and well‑crafted story that kept my attention from beginning to end. The female narrator delivered an excellent performance, particularly with her authentic‑sounding Russian accent, which added richness and depth to the listening experience. Her delivery felt thoughtful and intentional, enhancing the emotional weight of the story.

While the narration was strong, I do think the addition of a male narrator would have further elevated the dynamic between the characters and provided additional texture to the storytelling.

I especially appreciated the portrayal of the main female character she is decisive, strong‑minded, and unafraid to take charge. The male lead complemented her well; his support, patience, and willingness to understand her perspective made their relationship feel genuine and balanced.

Overall, the story was engaging, the ending was satisfying, and I look forward to exploring more of M.N. Morant’s work in the future.

Loved the story Not so the narration..
If you're looking for a great Mafia storyline this is it..the author did not give you a weak female character, she was fierce,she was strong, she was calculating....she came with baggage but she was methodical on how she went about carrying herself..
Mikial Wasn't too bad either he just underestimated Sanaa lol...but they had something they needed from each other and when they figure that part out They were an explosive couple and there is some very fiery smut scenes to enjoy as well
