Name-calling was a common part of Bobbie Sue's growing up. At first, she wasn't aware of what the names meant, but then she found out. After graduation, she left town and vowed never to return.
Carter Ray had grown up at Hideaway Ranch. Meeting Bobbie Sue sent him reeling. Not only did she run him off the road, but she ran through the fence leading into the ranch.
Could they learn to get along? Bobbie Sue wasn’t sure she wanted to, and Carter Ray's thoughts were the opposite. He thought Bobbie Sue was the cutest thing he’d met. She kept him on his toes; he couldn’t wait to see what she’d do next.
