The same goes for vegans who reach certain ages where their nutritional requirements change and become different from before. I love how this audiobook tries to fix that problem by guiding you step by step from a carnivore diet to a vegan one. It clearly explains the benefits, helps you determine your nutritional needs, and slowly introduces a part-time vegan approach, while still giving you the option to go 100% vegan if you choose to.
The downloadable PDF with the bibliography is something to be grateful for since I often come across books with questionable theories, so knowing where the author got her information is a big plus. I like to double-check the facts whenever I have doubts, and this makes it much easier to do so.
