Sounds like a diet that's feasible
I have tried Keto in the past but it hasn't worked really well for me. This one seems more doable and the facts shared in the book really makes me believe in it. I am excited to try this high protein and high fiber diet to continue keeping my energy levels high. I would totally recommend listening to this if you are exploring for the right diet options.

Ok, so!!!! This book hit exactly where it needed to. I'm trying to drop 25lbs.... THIS ONE finally made sense. It's not full of fluff or impossible routines... it's just straight talk. The way it breaks down how protein and fiber actually keep you full? Genius. Like, it’s not about starving.... it’s about feeding yourself the right stuff so your body chills out and stops begging for snacks 24/7. Also loved how it answers real questions: how much is too much? Do I need to work out like a maniac? (spoiler: no.) It even gave me ideas for easy meals that don’t take forever to prep: huge bonus since I’m always running around. Honestly this feels like a realistic path, not some fantasy plan. Super grateful I found this. Gonna give it a full try and see how things go. Feeling hopeful for once.

I love eating protein so knowing I need more protein in my diet only make me more happy. I wasn't getting the result I wanted in the past now I know because my protein intake was too low.

Love diet books
I go thru so many of these, I love to see what's out there, what people learn and I have to say, this is one of the better ones. Just know you will be hungrier, so make use of every piece of food you eat, and you wont regret it!

Interesting diet
Nice audiobook and Stephanie does a fantastic job as the narrator. This is a new type of diet to me and it really does sound like it could work well. as long as you stick to it. I am trying a diet right now but this one will be next up for sure!
