- About the Author
Excerpt from The Hidden Kingdom:
We live in a Hidden Kingdom.
Christ taught of this Hidden Kingdom, which He and all the prophets bore witness to.
And indeed, the great teachers across all spiritual traditions within the Tree of Life have witnessed God’s hidden majesty through the pure heart.
As described in Part I of this book, and witnessed as well within holy scriptures, God is Spirit.
Spirit is of another realm entirely: Heaven.
Spirit transcends the scope of gender. So in the brief essays and commentaries to come, I at times refer to God as “Father” or “Mother,” interchangeably as “He” or “She” or “It.” This is not to lessen God, nor to commit any sort of heresy against a particular faith, nor to indicate some distinction between masculine and feminine energies—not at all. Rather, I simply interchange these pronouns to demonstrate that God’s Spirit is equally present within both man and woman, and all facets of creation are contained within and transcended by the One.
“The Father” is from the patriarchal tradition of Judaism. My personal faith, though baptized and heavily rooted in Christian tradition, is a bit more barefoot and grassroots. I simply mean to remain authentic by enlivening these ancient truths in the language of the modern day. I think it is time to welcome back “The Mother” to our spiritual lexicon, understanding that the Mother and the Father are One, indistinguishable from each other, just different ways of relating to the same great Spirit of Life.
Through visions, dreams and inspired knowledge, the following essays are unveilings of the nature of this Hidden Kingdom, shared in the humble hope of restoring sight to the blind, and awakening souls to the presence of God within.
Let all that I do and say be in service to the highest Love.
