I used to think choosing what to eat was just about cravings but turns out it’s tied to way more.. health, climate and daily habits stacking up over time. This audiobook didn’t hit me with guilt trips just laid out how meat heavy diets burn through water and land like crazy and how even small shifts in what you eat actually stack up. I’ve been edging toward more veggies anyway and this just gave me a kick not pressure just facts and some real talk on how we’re all low key shaping the world with our forks.
