I loved this book from start to finish. I just couldn't get enough. An amazing blend of human tragedy, strength of spirit and the constant need for answers, where sometimes there aren't any.
Brilliant narration and superb intertwined stories of regular people, just going about their lives. A must read!

Beautifully told

Another wonderful book by this author. Well developed characters. Narration by both narrators was excellent. I would strongly recommend this book.

Without a doubt, the best book I have had the joy of reading AND listening to. The only thing I didn't like is that it had to end. Brilliant story, unexpected twists,wonderful narration, absolute perfection.

Great insights into life and facing death

Beautifully narrated - never certain how this will end - the author gets into the heads of the different characters. Her descriptions of what happens on a plane are so spot on!

Keeps me thinking! What if?!

Really enjoyed this book. Narrators were excellent. I’m still thinking about the what if! What if you knew when and how you would die- good or bad. Brilliantly covered!

Kept me captivated until the end

Brilliant narration, every chapter brings you more information about a different character. I couldn’t stop listening.

Trite, twee and shallow.

What a disappointment from one of my favourite authors. The elephant in the room first. WHAT is that squeaky voice given to the role of Cherry?
Disbelief had to be suspended throughout this book, and I kept waiting for some clever plot twist, or reason or mystery, maybe even a brave venture into the supernatural ……… but, crk crk crk. Crickets in the garden is the resoundingly anticlimactic end of this terribly doomed book. You’re have to be a very devoted fan to find forgiveness for this awful tome. I feel I should get my credit back!
