I’ve skimmed and deep-dived herbal books before that felt overwhelming or full of ingredients I’d never find. This one isn’t like that. It also sticks to the the things I can totally realate: stress relief, immunity, minor aches. Also offers things you can actually try without a trip to five different stores. The tone is friendly and clear without overexplaining. It doesn’t try to replace medical advice, which I appreciated. If you’re interested in low-effort, everyday remedies that don’t feel like a science project, this is a good start. Definitely more real-life than most beginner guides I’ve come across.
