great continuation of the series.

a great continuation of the safehold series. And the narrator is spot-on. keeps me coming back every time.

good reading of a mediocre story

good story but it drives a little bit but I'm still waiting to find out what happens well worth the price if you are a member and use a credit.

I know Weber's writing an epic, and I love the story, but this pace is draining.

Fantastic story, wonderfully written as always by David Weber. Narration is so spot on. this is exactly what you're looking for when listening to an audio book by your favorite author

finally a good narrator

so I don't know what it was about the last book that just completely shit over a Great Masterpiece that David Weber wrote it could have been because of the "Chereesiens" that for some reason had never appeared in any other book but finally we have a narrator that can actually do justice to this book. this book is amazing please read

Great Series

I loved this latest book in the Safehold series. the plot is a great one, the characters are interesting, with a sharp contrast between the Protagonists and the Antagonists. I strongly recommend the whole series, and am impatient for the next book to be released.

Love the blend if Sci Fi with the historical development of guns and factories

Finally back to a good narrator

after two disappointing performances, they finally got a good narrator. I just wish they would update the maps with more details.

Decent

Another great book by David Weber and the narration is superb. The thing that I disliked with this book was the way it was written explicitly to put our heros in situations that guarantee the series will continue. While thats not a bad thing normally we see characters doing things that they normally would not have otherwise done or allowed to happen. It also makes what is going to happen even more obvious than what is normally seen in David Weber's writing. Another great book but opportunities exist to have made it better.
