This is the eighth book in the Lou Prophet series. All of these books has been five star books. In this book Lou and Louisa takes jobs guarding a gold shipment. Louisa gets involved with another man. Lou gets jealous but has to much pride to admit it. There is a lot of action in this whole series. This is one of my favorite series. This is a movie in your mind style of book.
