The Heroine is tough, smart, and emotionally screwed up.
There are still two men trying to win the Heroine.
And life is still complicated for everyone.

Just gets better
Usually, by the time I'm done listening to the second book in a series, I'm ready for it to be over, but this is so well done, I'm ready for book 3! This is quickly becoming the best series I've listened to.. This author knows how to build 3-D characters that are believable (although some of the injuries described should not have been survivable).
Best of all, with two love interests, I'm not sure which one I want to win!
Excellent series! Hopefully book 3 will keep the excitement going!
