Wished there was an actual narrator.

The story itself was very good and I enjoyed it. I did not like the virtual voice. There was no inflection when there needed to be and some where there shouldn’t have been. I definitely would have enjoyed it more with an actual narrator. I did love how they went from hating each other to getting their ending. There were a few things I wish had been explained more. Overall a good story and okay narration with the virtual voice.

Deserves Better Narration

Great story premise believable characters and great story line. Jesse character changed up to a pushy sex obsessed when finds out his stepbrother is gay which made his character not so believable for someone who contains much anger and resentment of his stepfather and stepbrother. But Enjoy enemies to lovers story lines it could a darker romance.

For virtual voice, this was ok BUT would be so much better with real narrators. I did like the story.

Do not care for the virtual voice as real narrators are so much better and keep your attention.

Deserves better than Virtual Voice

Given how good this book is, I’m surprised and saddened to see that it was not narrated by a living human. I was able to appreciate the book and imagine many of the spoken lines in the way a real person would say them. If you’re a text reader, I recommend the ebook. If you need to listen to the book, you’ll probably get by with the Virtual Voice.

I loved that story was a western involving step brothers! ❤️

Great story. The characters had depth and the way the story was written the actions and responses felt realistic.
