Where does Healthy Eating Subliminal Messages Bundle rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Cant really explain it... relaxing and music was enjoyable (all kinds of music and nature soundtracks). Oddly, skeptical me, I'm finding I'm not so obsessed with my regular food cravings and I'm drinking lots of water!
Any additional comments?
I am a skeptic, even so I will continue to listen repeatedly and search out other titles by this same author. I'm facinated....
