Are You Struggling with Anxiety, Relationships or Your Overall Mental Health?
Have You Experienced Deep Childhood Trauma that Impacts Your Emotional Stability?
Transform Trauma Into Strength & Stability!
Chappale Burton, author and survivor of deep childhood trauma, shares his mental struggles and the tools and techniques he used to heal after being abducted, raped at gunpoint and then witnessing the tragic murder of his mother and stepfather at age 8. Unlike other books written by clinicians and therapist, this book offers firsthand strategies and a glimpse into the mind of someone who has experienced several horrific events and emerged stronger.
In the 30-Day Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Action Plan, you'll discover:
- Daily prompts to process childhood trauma and emotional pain.
- Exercises to reparent your inner child and build self-compassion.
- Techniques to confront abandonment issues and strengthen relationships.
- Proven methods to reduce anxiety, mood swings, and self doubt.
- A clear path to regain emotional stability, confidence and overall mental health.
Start your journey to a healthier, more resilient you. These techniques work if you work them.

Authentic, Practical and filled with Gems
Loved that the actual author read this himself, it was authentic, practical and filled with gems that you can implement today. The bonus interviews at the end were a real treat, the conversations were so inspiring, and again filled with information that could help you on your own journey to healing your inner child. It is a journey, as we are reminded by the author, and his own painful journey, and we are reminded that it is ongoing. I think that you need the book and the journals with this particular book to help you create a structure to start your own journey. I started mine and although at times painful to face, I have already started feeling stronger and more resilient to handle the challenges and triggers in day-to-day life. I am understanding more about why I did and do the things I do, and can adjust now just knowing that it’s my younger self speaking and needing healing, not the 50
Year old version of myself. The author has another title on Happiness that is also worth a listen.
