Great Listen
This is a really useful book if you're dealing with stuff from your childhood that's messing with your life now. It's all about understanding how those old experiences can lead to codependency and what you can do to heal and move forward. The book is easy to read and has a bunch of practical tips and exercises that actually make sense and help you start living a better life. It's like a friendly hand to help you out of a tough spot.
