Narrated by the Author, I found his voice and style to be a very pleasant listen. Compelling real world cases are integrated with causal analysis for seemingly irrational fears experienced by the individuals of the studies. A clear and concise system is explained (based on the Authors in-depth experience) for identifying possible past life blocks the listener may have encountered.

The guided regression (second part) initially produced no results for me on the first couple of attempts, but, then hit on the third time through. Pretty profound emotional cleansing as a result. Also, revealed possible reasons for some seemingly irrational anxiety I had experienced throughout my life, which certainly affected some close relationships. The guided regression is probably best something to undertake when meditations are a comfortable experience for the listener (and can steer the ship if necessary) but is very well guided.

I've been looking for answers and Ainslie was very informative. I went through the steps learned so much, including how to overcome. Recommend book and other teachings from Ainslie and his wife Christine.

wow! what an amazing man/soul!

Let me preface my.review by stating some things- that are not intended to be boastful. I was born in the 80s
I was highly clairvoyant, clairaudient- basically I was psychic. very much so. I would see the future- MANY many times...then I would live that future, and be like...why does this happen!?. once when I was younger...I heard what I thought was the voice of God speaking to me. I'm not sure what it was...but I became fearful. I also became weirded out because I thought I was weird. (what!?) everyone told me I was. anyway, my soul shut all those abilities down to just be a normal body. Fast forward...and I have been allowing them to come back. so I consider myself a pretty 'advanced soul'- I have much spiritual knowledge AND practice......... but, this man is just a miracle worker. I have been wanting to do past life regression, and let me tell you, the first one I did REALLLY cleared up some intense obsessions with a specific place and time period. It was amazing. (in the healing sense not in what happened) I saw the woman I loved with all of my heart, brutally killed, and now I know why I behave in certain ways. I am super empathic....so just seeing that, I felt that pain from her (I was a man in this particular past life, and I am a woman in my current life) Ainslie, the author and narrator is just amazing. if you have trouble doing the regression, your ego may be trying to protect you from fear of whatever it thinks you will uncover that may hurt.....but as he says...its in the past. Also-It happened to a different physical body, its just that The energy body didn't forget. Also, it's not that you necessarily have been carrying this through every lifetime.....you may have chosen THIS incarnation to heal this past wounding/karma. Just buy it, listen when you can really absorb the material...and actually do the work. I mean, I cried so hard the moment I saw HER face...it wasn't me..it came out and I wad like wow. I mean tears just coming out like a hose was turned on...I didn't do it. it was like I was the avatar....and my soul turned on/pushed the cry button. I didn't feel sad afterwards either. I felt lighter. Ainslie- what an amazing author and healer you are! I will be doing more regressions to heal other aspects as my soul sees fit! buy this now guys and gals!!!!
