This is a lovely short meditation to harmonise energy. I enjoyed my time. It is only 12 mins so everybody can make some time for yourself. I would recommend it to people looking for a short meditation.

My hope is that this review helps in your decision whether to obtain this book.

I didn’t realise it wasn’t a book but rather just meditation. There’s no story , not a self help book. I don’t recommend
