I am always looking for tips to be more productive and accomplish the things I want to get done. I also appreciate the brief length of this audiobook becuase I was able to listen to the whole thing in one day on my commute to and from work. The best this is that the tips for how to achieve goals were very straightforward. Some methods seem so complicated, but the whole concept her is that small, simple daily habits that are done consistently and patiently over time can have a huge impact. I've already put one change into practice. I've been stuck at trying to lose the last 15 pounds of weight and keep trying to force a quick change to just take care of it. But, suddenly, I decided to just take a short walk every evening after work. I enjoy the fresh air, watch the sunset, and feel refreshed in only 15 minutes or so. It's only been a few days, and I have lost 1 pound so far. But, what I like is that I really enjoy the walks and it is easy for me to continue this, maybe forever. There are many other small things I am looking forward to trying for other goals as well. Keeping it simple and enjoyable will be super helpful for me.

For anyway wanting to make a positive impact on their lives through good habits, THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU. I love how this book looks at habit building in new and fresh ways. It’s not the same old, tired “way most other habit books are written . I especially liked how to make identity-based habits vs. outcome based. I cannot wait to try the techniques I learned. There is just SO MUCH packed information and techniques to try. I have to be careful to not try to change it all at once as that will go against the principles and surely I will get burnt out. One small change at a time a time!
