If you ever found yourself having to speak in public, you will have realized that it is not easy at all, especially when you do not have the experience or knowledge necessary to master this art. Myself, at the beginning of my professional life, I had to face this situation, making many communication errors or showing nervousness and in the end, without getting my presentation precautionary to the audience. It was then that I decided to change. My presentations will be good, without bumps, without running out of breath, pronouncing the words well. I trained and educated myself in the art of public speaking and with the experience that gave me the years of public work, I managed to find ways and exercises to develop a good speaker behavior. In this manual, I want to share my vision and experience in the art of public speaking.
