These are great meditations that are about 5 minutes each and that have different themes, depending on what you need the most in the moment. I love that they are guided and have some elements of progressive relaxation, focusing on your breathing, and create space for you to decompress. I can't express how calming and efficient these are. As soon as I press play, I notice my state and body shift. There's no background music and I don't feel it's needed but the narrator offers you to choose your preferred i.e. ocean waves, etc. I know some people get annoyed by certain meditation background music so I think this can be a great approach and honestly I don't need any. The guided meditations are powerful in themselves. Thank you.
