Guided Meditation Series: Spirit of Hawaii

I thoroughly enjoy this guided meditation which transports you from wherever you are to the beauty of Hawaii. This is one of the three best guided meditations I've experienced, the other 2 are also Kala's. Kala does everything right to ensure a powerful experience; the pace of her speech, the sound of her voice, and the positive faith she expresses through her choice of language captivate the listener. I recommend using her meditations regularly- each time I am transported to a different experience and drawn into personal growth. In this case, the trip to Hawaii will take you through a series of insights – each time taking you deeper “into the great love that lives within your heart and soul.”

This has nothing to do with Hawaii. Refers to lei
as a "garland". Not happy with my first book. Expected a Hawaiian feel. Would not recommend.
