Great book, both cliche and fresh at the same time

I'm normally not one to do a verbal review, just a star rating, but I was surprised enough with this one too verbalize my response... an interesting intermingling of technology and mysticism.

Harem at its best

Lots of action, and love a story with a companion pet. This one was a lot of fun...

Fun story

I enjoyed this story, the author does have some work overall to do but he is a very promising author and this story is a good solid listen.

Developed very nicely

I'll admit it was slow at first and some of the dialogue was dorky, but the story line itself and the settings are very creative and original. I look forward to the next phase of this story.

I liked this book very much. It was engaging the whole way through and all elements were brought together splendidly.

much better than expected, very pleased

I have read many books in this genre and I found this book very enjoyable. I read reviews of an unlikeable mc but I found that not to be the case. he isn't overpowered beyond craziness or too arrogant.
this author doesn't have 20 min long sex scenes but with 3 wives a 2 minute intimate end to chapter is cool.
the story is growing huge and the mc could go in many different directions. I am going to book 2 now to see where we are heading in book 2.
the info at the end of the book is depressing if you are a human. I am interested in more from this series.

The narration is great.
MC dropped into a new world with great powers, and a harem starts around the MC. Has City building elements.
I really like the world building in this one, I look forward to what the author have brings to this world. Please more!

I really enjoyed the book

I saw a post about this book on Facebook and decided to give it a shot. I really enjoyed it. It was a good book with some twists that weren't my favorite, but still good. I'll be reading or listening to the next one right away.

Fun lighthearted story!

Great story and narration!

Gryff has trained for the Olympics his whole life, but due to a coworker's suicide and slanderous suicide note, he looses everything. So, being desperate, and with little to loose, he joins a death race to try to make enough money to survive. Unfortunately things don't go well, and he finds himself transported to a small village in a fantasy world with enhanced strength, the ability to talk to griffins, and a female to male ratio highly in his favor. Hijinks ensue...

Daniel and Rebecca do a fantastic job of narration, and really bring the characters to life!

I have to admit I was highly skeptical of this one. I'm not that in to griffins and wasn't really interested in listening to this audio book, but a friend told me that I needed to give it a try and hooked me up with a copy. I am so glad that he did!

This is a fun lighthearted story, and is a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed it and can't wait to find out what happens in the next book!
