About the Author: Larry Davis has had the privilege to lead three revitalizations and currently pastors at Grace Seaford Church in Seaford, DE. In 2023, he co-planted Grace Mardela Church in Mardela Springs, MD. In the last eight years, he has assisted or consulted with over 62 churches to help them navigate their own revitalization journey. He has consulted at the regional and state levels on Revitalization, Leadership Development, and Change Management topics.
