I was recommended this book by a CEO friend of mine and was thoroughly impressed! Not only is Michael’s authenticity contagious, but he does it with humility and that’s commendable. This book is great for people in all roles. We all lead in various ways, so take the masks off and respect people just for who they are. You will love this book.

Michael did a masterful job waving together the life of addiction and recovery with the business world. I’ve never heard the two put together never thought the two went together taking the mask off was phenomenal.
