Grandma loved to bake cakes and scones. I have included a tried and tested template for the Air Fryer for both.
The recipes are based on Grandma's ingredients, we now have the benefit of 21st. century discoveries, like using ready made puff pastry and self raising flour.
I have converted Grandma's weights into today's popular usage, so ounces and pounds become grams etc. Each individual recipe includes these.
