great approach to conquering the mental challenges

I loved how the author tied in the lesson with a man's encounter with a spiritual golf teacher. It is a great new way to look at golf. I am looking forward to trying some of the lessons in the book. I enjoyed the book and found it so relaxing at the same time. Deepak Chopra is the guru of golf.
