Many people at some time or another experience the feeling of "going through Hell". Each experience is different from person to person, and what one has to endure (which may be horrific), another person in comparison may only be experience as slight discomfort.
However, the bottom line is how we feel that is most important - and how we deal with it and come out at the other end a different and better person than we were before it all took place.
This download outlines some of the traumas that we can face. There isn't a "one size fits all", but there is a big commonality.
The one true saying to everyone who is or has been going through hell, or unfortunately sees it is ahead of them, is that whatever you do, "When going through hell - don't stop!"
Despite the times you think you can't cope, when you want to give in and stuff the consequencies, and you just can't see life ahead of you, or you just are beyond your wits end, and the only laughter you have is hysteria, because you have run out of tears, and you are fed up of sympathty, etc, etc - just keep going. Just keep going, just keep going, just keep going, regardless of what is around you. Nothing in life ever lasts; everything does come to an end, and what you are experiencing will too.
