Acerca de esta escucha
This novelette contains powerful Christian influences, love, family, and other related themes meant to make you smile!
God's Way of Sending a Mail Order Husband: Abby, William, and the Little Man is about young Abby who just loves horses. She is out riding one day when she hears a thud and then a groan and then a mustang runs right past her and her mare. She finds out that the thud was the son of a neighboring rancher who she hasn't seen for years. When she looks into his gray eyes, she is hooked. At a barn dance, another young woman tells her some gossip, which casts doubts on William, and Abby cannot get the gossip to leave her every thought. William then disappears for weeks, and Abby finds herself losing any hope of making the romance between them blossom, or even if William feels the same way about her. When he returns, they go for a ride and he tells her everything.

Heartwarming :)
What did you like best about this story?
I loved the names of the horses in this story :) Also, I loved the ending but I don't want to give anything away! :)
Have you listened to any of Joe Smith’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have listened to quite a few of Mr. Smith's performances. Each one has been a joy to listen to as he portrays such emotion in his reading. I always look forward hearing his now-familiar voice.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I found myself rather tense throughout part of this book, as the female character worked out her emotions after hearing gossip. The way Mr. Smith read made me want to 'un-know' the rumors!
