God and the science of us

The term “alien” has many definitions ranging from the exotic to that which is literally out of this world. This includes anything that differs in nature or character, even unto the point of being incompatible. If both science and Christians believe that matter, everything in our universe came from nothing, then our ideas are not as incompatible as we might otherwise believe. Our universe is full of mysteries and we don’t know what’s out there but we’re learning. This book combines science with biblical teaching to answer the basic question of who we are and how we came to be. Scientific thought is not the enemy, but neither is the bible. As Einstein so aptly put it: “Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.” If we can open our minds to both the facts of science and the dogma of religion, we can understand our place in God’s universe in a whole new way.
