Baker gives an account of what God did in Kado Land in the mountains of China through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. A native from a tribe ten days distance from the Adullam Mission received the Holy Spirit and then returned to his home. Through him a work of the Spirit started that spread to many other tribes in the region. Several thousands were converted and forty churches were started. This mass movement was not the result of any usual missionary or other human effort. Jesus alone opened doors independent of any such human activity.
