I found this book to open my thoughts and mind up to reaching out to My God for guidance in peace with things from my past. I feel better about myself now and moving forward.

Just what I needed

What did you love best about God Has a Plan for Your Life?

This is a message of love and hope. I was recently in a layoff from a job that I loved and found very rewarding. The loss of this job was a big blow to me. I felt like a failure, like I wasn't good enough. This book is just what I needed. It really spelled out what I needed to do in order to interpret God's plan for my life. It also reinforced something that I had lost sight of - God loves all of his children and has a plan for each of us!

Who was your favorite character and why?

There were no characters, but I did appreciate the short stories that Dr. Stanley incorporated into this book. Stories speak to us better sometimes than the message alone. I like the simplicity of the message. In this day and age where there is so much technology in our lives I crave the simple things in life and that includes an easy to understand message!

Which character – as performed by Gregg Rizzo – was your favorite?

Gregg Rizzo was a great narrator! He embodied the love and warmth of Dr. Stanley's message so well! I genuinely felt like this message was given just for me.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Yes and no. I did not cry but I felt an extremely profound peace after I had listened to the book. I know that I've been trying to walk with Jesus for a long time and I've always felt unworthy and yet I continue to feel his presence in my life over and over again. He truly is a loving God.

Any additional comments?

This book is only a couple of hours long but the message was so deep and powerful that it took me nearly 4 days to truly listen to it. Do yourself a favor and take your time listening to the message. Open your heart and ask God to help you absorb the message. Finally, let the message and God's love work in your life. All things are possible with God.

Timely read

I "stumbled" across this book and I'm glad I did. I have always enjoyed listening to Charles Stanley based I have found his sermons to be practical, clear and applicable to daily living. This book is no different and has certainly provided me with some much needed answers. I pray it will do the same for you.

Great Information

I listened to this with my 93 year old mother. I frequently heard her making audible expressions of joy or delighted surprise at something she heard during the reading, Charles Stanley made it clear that God has a plan for Christians in all circumstances. God hasn't left out Christians who have lead uneven or spotty lives. He may have a plan for our lives but that doesn't include telling us what color dress or shirt to wear for the day. It was a great read. I really enjoyed it. My mother LOVED it! I bought a physical copy for a couple that celebrated their birthday together a day or two after finishing the book. I'm sure they'll love it too.
