The wacky local characters are anything but boring, and the musical society gives everyone a place to express themselves in song. Tolstoy’s War and Peace is to be adapted into a stage musical! Huh? Isn’t this a mite ambitious for a country town? Needless to say the adaptation is insignificant in comparison to the war and peace of Elle’s personal life. There are many manifestations of fire, and for her own sake, she must become the Girl on Fire!
