Book is for very new project and program managers. If you’re more experienced, I’d look for alternative titles.

Many interesting discussions, but the book is not well alligned with the project management institute. In some cases Dieli describes project manager tasks and assigns them to her version of a program manager. It seems like the book is written from a SW only business perspective. A little simplified compared to a business of larger systems.
