Assistance for climbing out of a hole!
I listened to this book because I’m acquainted with the author. Learning more about her backstory and seeing the energetic, positive individual that she is, reinforces the advice she gives in this book. I wish that I had this tome in my hands when I was going through my own rock-bottom, personal growth experience!
