Haunted Hotel (Gertrude in South Dakota, Book 2)

Gertrude thinks she's got a knack for proving that ghosts don't exist, but this time she's taking on a celebrity phantom: Seth Bullock. She and Calvin pack the cats into the camper and head to Deadwood, where she will attempt to prove herself right once again. But shortly after she gets there, a movie star drops dead, and she finds herself with two cases to solve. Maybe the two cases are even connected?

The mysterious green feathers she keeps finding everywhere seem to suggest that they might be. Is she getting a little sleuthing help from the great beyond?

One can't help but to like Gertrude

She's annoying. She's not too worldly. She can be a little dense. But gosh darn I like her! Do you know someone like Gertrude??? She won't back down and she is pretty good at solving mysteries and who dun its. She orders her friend around and makes him pay for everything. But here again, you cheer for her!
