OMG, this is great!!!

We had a bunch of people over this weekend and we had SOOOOO much fun listening to this. Its a bit of nostalgia, a bunch of relatablility , and very funny.

Perfect for Long Walks

I listened to this on a long walk and found myself laughing out loud more than once. It was nice having something cheerful in my ear instead of the usual news. The jokes about family life hit close to home, especially the parenting ones. Definitely a good mood booster.

Eye Roll, Please :D

Given the fact that that author (Chris P. Bacon--really?!) states directly in his title "Dad Jokes," you can bet these will be cheesy and corny, yet smile worthy. I spent a lot of time shaking my head with a slight eye roll all the while smiling. There were some repeats...not sure if this was intentional or not...and one in particular in cringe-worthy poor taste, but it did not take away from the overall fun of the book.

The cover with the cassette tape is clever and ties in with the Gen-X theme and time period. Many of the jokes took me back in time. You will not get through this book without your share of chuckles.
