interesting audible book-buy the hard cover book

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and bought all of her audible books. However, what I didn't appreciate was that her first audible book had twice the information and length for the same price and then this book and the 2nd part of it was the same price. Which means you pay double for half as much information. It seems as though this author doubled the price (by cutting the information in half and selling it in two parts). Please sell this audible book as a whole and not part one and part two with some overlap of information in both parts. However, given this, I found the information interesting and informative. enjoyed it. I would highly recommend buying the hardcopy books of this author because they are packed with information and go more in-depth. It may be an idea for the author to put her lectures out as audible books (being one hour or so)...

Highly disappointed with content. Sounds more like a flight of ideas just spewing. Still wondering what I actually listened too.

there is no regression it's only story telling what a waste of money don't buy

don't expect a session

short It is supposed to work well, but there are just ancedotes in a speech. No exercises, though she does say you can go to her website for a download. I was expecting a meditation/hypnosis session. It is neither.
