The price of fame

On the verge of unemployment, you discover a way to capture a brand new way to experience entertainment. This was an incredibly dark story with adult material that is more of a study in the decay of society than just a scifi story. More Eli Roth than Arthur C. Clark. Very well Narrated. I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Dystopian

Solid story - great narration

In a dystopian world where reliving portions of other people's lives has become the main form of entertainment an average joe is just trying to get by when he stumbles across an opportunity to strike it big.

This was a very well done and believable story.

It wasn't quite my flavor, but you may enjoy it.

Must Read Short Story

This is a great book. I really enjoyed the world portrayed. It is a not-so-farfetched future in which movies and VR is obsolete and instead Dioramas, a full-immersion experience, is the talk of the town. I would personally love to experience these for myself. I am hoping there is more by this author in the future because I thoroughly enjoyed this read. Only thing, I recommend having at least a slight understanding of computers and all things nerd in order to fully understand the book. The fact that I am a nerd at heart only increases my love for this book. Top ten for the year, no doubts!

I listened to the audio book version. Recording quality is amazing and the narrator does a fantastic job. I would definitely listen to more by the narrator.

Where can I get a diorama

I had no expectation starting this book, not knowing the author and seeing there were no reviews. Turns out to be a really enjoyable book.
The story is setting itself sometimes in the future and this new technology is out called diorama. It's VR nextgen, fully immersive.
I went through this book so fast, I would of continued in this universe some more.
I'm looking forward to a sequel and will be checking this author's work.

Outstanding

This is an outstanding dystopian story with a bit of a shock at the end. The things like Diorama seem like a natural progression for where entertainment is going. Given the political figures named it's probably calling it too soon in the future (Trump is mentioned as president in passing) but I could see this exact scenario playing out in 20-40 years given the way tech is advancing.

I look forward to more by the author, this is my first exposure to him, much like a bum behind the dumpster though, I think he'll be coming back in my life when I least expect it, though hopefully with a better ending for all involved.

Had no idea what to expect

This book was a great story and loved every minute of it. I had no idea what to expect but was left with ideas in my head of how the future could be with the technology in the book. I am a fan and love the writing style and sense of humour. great work by both the writer and reader.
