A Great Way To Take Charge Of Your Life!

I enjoyed this booklet. As a fan of Law of Attraction, this booklet has a great mix of specific (when you're sure, and have no resistance) to general (when you have a little doubt and trying to raise your frequency) affirmations. I took one star off for interaction. The reading of the affirmations back to back are great for paperbook, but as an audio book, I would've liked a 3 second pause in between each affirmation to allow myself to repeat outloud... making them even more powerful.
