After 38 Years, I Stopped Smoking!!!
This was one of the best decisions I've made. After 38 years of smoking I am now nicotine free. I listened to this nightly for 3 months before laying down my cigarettes and the transition hasn't always been easy, but it's always been easier than any other time I have tried to quit . Using this tape I naturally began cutting back and was finally able to lay them down cold turkey.
