As with all of Ms Frank's Nightwalker stories, Forged is fantastic.

A gargoyle in danger and a sweet doctor to the rescue. But Kat is not exactly what she seems. And at last, we see the six Nightwalker breeds learn about the other six.

Great Book 4!

The comedy and drama mix is invaluable in this book 4 of the Nightwalker series. The background of the growning force of nightwalkers stoked my growing anticipation of the finale (or at least book 5). I always hate it when I find a wonderful series (and narrator) and it ends. Jacquelyn Frank, teamed with one of my favorite narrators, Xe Sands is a power house for paranormal romance.

Love it!

I have enjoyed all of the books from this series and the other series that are related! Can not wait to see how Jacquelyn brings them all together!

Super entertaining...

Really enjoyed the story. Definitely hot. The reason for four stars, not five, is the end is abrupt and feels seriously rushed.

OMG! I totally LOVED THIS!!!

** Sidebar: I am a serious... serious.... Nightwalker fan... Serious...so I am a bit judgmental on every single aspect of these Nightwalker books! You are forewarned...

On to the review:

Ok... Now the last book totally had me spinning on this series... I was getting so upset that they were not following the whole Nightwalker time frame, as these books are called the "World of Nightwalkers.." I was expecting a cross-over from this series to the last series, which is simply called "Nightwalkers"...

So FINALLY we get our crossover...and BOY...was it a huge crossover or what! My all time favorite Nightwalker couple, not only crossover in this book, but they actually have their own storyline of sorts.... I was on pins and needles... PINS AND NEEDLES.... Frank, this is how you keep so many fans!

I totally get books 1-3 now, because with the whole 12 Nightwalker storyline is so good, I am going pre-order, pre-order, pre-order!!!! YES!!!!

Now, about Ahnvil! OMG... He was my character to watch out for in the other books, because I knew his story would be great... Just like Adam in the first set of Nightwalker books... Ahnvil was a sweety... complete sweety... and his human, Katrina (Kat)... or (Katlass) was just perfect for Ahnvil. I could not find not one thing bad about this book! Not ONE!!!

Now if you have been following the Nightwalkers since Jacob, well get ready to be shocked! The crossover twist, will have you jumping up and down with glee... I was grinning from ear to ear the moment Sands did the (Jacob voice)... and yes you can tell right away it's Jacob talking... I mean who can do nearly 50 characters with all different voices, and keep the same voice for each character throughout two series... Well that will be Xe Sands... Also my FAVORITE narrator...

So you see... extremely judgmental here...but there you go... If you love the Nightwalkers, and have been totally frustrated with this series as it wasn't showing signs of crossover between the Nightwalker Series and the World of Nightwalkers...

Well it was all in Frank's plan I bet...because this book was freaking AWESOME! I feel so complete! I cannot wait until Gideon's son (child of space) comes into play...b/c you know he will... He never did in the Nightwalker Series...so he simply has to be the glue that wholes these two series together...

Another Sidebar: Remember how it all started... Bella and Jacob's daughter played a major role in the end Nightwalker series... She saved Adam... now remember the prophecy from the beginning... A child of space, playmate to the first child of time! Ok...we had the time... But now... after you read this book...you will know why I am so excited for a child of space!!! Just think about all the Nightwalkers so far in this series.... OMG! Super excited here!


Ok... No more sidebars... All nightwalker fans.... this book is a must... If you haven't discovered Nightwalkers.... or Xe Sands...well don't start here... Go back to the beginning... Jacob! They are all on Audible so sit back and enjoy!!!

THEY JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER & BETTER

As a PNR lover ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING that Jacquelyn Frank writes which becomes available on Audible then it's an auto download for me because she has proven, time after time, that she can deliver an exciting imaginative storyline, fill it with both sinister and loveable characters, inject witty dialogue, there's always an intense romance and, as her series builds, develops and evolves, they each morph into a spectacular listen.

Well this one goes above and beyond as it finally reveals her ingenious plot-building of joining the two Nightwalker breeds (The World Of the Nightwalkers and The Nightwalkers) that you just didn't see coming. But more than that is the beautiful romance between Katrina a human and Ahnvil a handsome but wounded Scottish Gargoyle that completely shatters her beliefs.... of her world, her needs and her very existence as she is drawn into The World Of The Nightwalkers.

Anyone following this series knows what they're getting... exciting, nail-biting, pulse-pounding action, adventure, a romance with lots of sizzling chemistry, sex, surprises, twist, a Prophecy, a mad villain or two, and well loved secondary characters. Xe Sands does a brilliant job of bringing each character and each scene to life with her vivid storytelling that enables you to easily imagine every thrilling scene with the skill of her many magical voices.

Worth a credit? Errr... that's a no brainer - YES to this and all that hopefully follows. However, this is not a stand-alone listen so if you haven't yet discovered this fantastical world I suggest you start with Jacob from The Nightwalkers series and move through that series to this series, The World Of The Nightwalkers which ties all the breeds in nicely.
