A Drawn Out Affair!

Oh my gosh! Ivy‘s parents are the parents from hell! I cannot believe that Nick had to submit to such an invasive interrogation! I felt so sorry for Ivy having to tolerate treatment like that, parents or not! I love, love, love the camaraderie of the Fly Boys. They are such a close knit group that are there for each other, it’s just such beautiful relationships. They are there if you are hurting, they are there if you are happy and they are there if your spouse is away from you pitching in and help you get through. I really loved Nick‘s relationship with Reaper, their commiseration was well presented. I thought the wedding night was so sweet and memorable. I felt that the time that they took to be with Reaper‘s wife, Sophie, was considerate, and special, she obviously needed that little bit of help. Clearly, Sophie’s been suffering through the long separation from Reaper. The emailing between Nick and Ivy was so cute and funny at times. Her discovery at the grocery store of a special ‘chocolate’ causing Nick’s immediate love of chocolate was hilarious! I can only bet that he was sweating! Ginny Sterling caught me off guard with Ivy’s results from the crash. I shed some tears along with all the team members and especially Martinez. It certainly choked me up a bit.. I cracked up at all the loving pet names Nicky came up with describing Ivy‘s condition. He had a great, uplifting attitude when he was in the delivery room. I enjoyed this book in the series and absolutely loved the cover of the book! How handsome can you get?
