So Much Trepidation and Hesitance!

Initially, I could not understand why this particular story in the series was over eight hours. I didn’t think any love story could get so protracted. I was very pleasantly surprised at the beautiful, hesitant love story described by Ginny Sterling. It was enchanting from beginning to end. I loved how Jana helped Matthew realize that he could be loved and that she was there to stay for him. Matthew’s character was so beautifully committed to Jana, showing restraint, respect, and love. My heart did pause a few times throughout the story when he scared her as far as what he was feeling. You could sense her heart dropping to her feet. Despite the hesitance and unusual reactions, on the part of Matthew when he unknowingly threw Jana into a tailspin, I truly ended up, loving this book in the series. It became one of my favorites! And it’s really hard to pick a favorite since I fall in love with every pilot and fly boy in the series! By the way, the cover for this book makes you melt, he is extremely handsome!

So cute until Chapter 24

Mostly loved this story having read all the books in the Flyboy series and listening to them I am now coming back to write my comments. This was a 5 star until chapter 24 it lost a point for this. One of my biggest issue with this author is how she has the parents in the flyboys series treating their 25 year old and older children as younger than teens. I don’t know many parents that treat their teens this way. Would you tell any other adult to go stand in the corner? No doesn’t matter if it’s your child or not. Once they are of a certain age you treat them as an adult of that age.

Way too mushy.

This book feels drawn out. I think it would be better shorten to 6 hrs. I love a good romance but this one had too many I love you’s…way too many.
