Another great book

Love this whole series and in fact have all of Kathleen Brooks books in audio format. Recommend them highly!!

I completed a more comprehensive review of the book on Amazon, but I thoroughly loved this book and the story..Layne and Parker were an awesome couple.

Love love love Eric G. Dove

Eric’s characterizations are so perfect for this series. He captures the humor, irony and intensity of Kathleen Brooks’s books about Keenston as no one else could. I have listened to his narrations of another (much darker) author, Elaine Levine, and his intimations are equally as effective, though much different.

I often go to sleep with one of his narratives on my iPhone. And my cat likes to sleep on my phone while Eric is speaking, so I think his voice is appealing across species!

Excellent story and addition to the Blue Grass series. Wonderful opportunity to see what happened with Marcy Davies family after her mother pretty much cut her off. I wonder if there won't be some stories about that branch of the family.

As usual this story stands on it's own while the greater town happenings continue.

Loved it!!

I think this is my favorite so far in this series! This is one of only three authors my hubby will listen to with me and he absolutely loved this one too!! There was a lot of serious stuff going on in this book, but we also had so many laughs during it! I am a quiet person, especially when reading, but I laughed out loud so hard in a few spots that my kids looked at me as if I had gone mad! This is definitely a must hear book! Narrator is FANTASTIC!

Would you consider the audio edition of Forever Devoted to be better than the print version?

I personally love listening to Eric G. Dove. He makes the stories come to life with his voice. I still read all her books as soon as they come out, but love to hear them read by Eric. His style never changes like some. I enjoy listening to the books while I am exercising, riding, driving or at work.

What did you like best about this story?

I love the plot. Love how her stories all combine but never fully spoil the other books. Its background info/characters from other books, but they all settle together to make each story so unique.

What about Eric G. Dove’s performance did you like?

His steady voice.

All Kathleen's books make me laugh out loud. They are hilarious! And Eric's narration makes them even better!

The Best Yet!

Wow! Kathleen Brooks outdid herself with this one! I laughed, cried and sat on the edge of my seat throughout this entire book. This book was impossible to put down once I began listening to it. It was exciting from beginning to end. Walker Greene is the perfect match for Layne and Miles couldn’t have chosen a better man for his daughter if he’d tried…that is if he’d wanted to! The blurb gives a good description so I won’t give anymore away. All I can say is don’t miss this one as it’s definitely worth listening to, especially when you get to hear Eric Dove narrating it!

Another amazing book by Kathleen!

I absolutely adore all of Kathleen’s books. I think The Forever Bluegrass series gets funnier with every new book. I have to plan out when I can read her books because I will binge read/listen until the end. Forever Devoted was no exception. Can’t wait for the next book to follow that cliff hanger.
