AI Voices

I DNFed this audiobook. The AI generated voices were just way too hard to get past. I tried because I bought this without listening to the preview. It sounds unnatural and is uncomfortable to listen to. Good story. Bad narration.

Virtual voice is the absolute worst! It’s confusing that it’s virtual voice but only a female voice?

Virtual Voice is the absolute worst. I had to force myself to listen in order to rate. The story was great but the audiobook brought even that down. I’d give the story 4.5, the performance a zero or maybe 0.5.
The book was good, the audio was terrible, I’ll never purchase a story with virtual voice again. So disappointed!
I could have saved myself the headache and just let Alexa read to me.
