Captain Emmett “Brass Stars” Fulton CSA thought the mission easy, head to New Orleans and steal the yankee payroll. Then keep it for himself. Simple!

But Emmitt finds his steps dogged by The Indian he failed to kill, the Confederate army for murder, the Federals for the gold, and just about everyone else for the reward! Now Emmett must escape north dragging along a load of trouble and somehow still keep his neck out of the noose and the gold in his pocket.
