A guide for beginners? More like kindergarteners

Unhappy with the content. These are things a child would know concerning a food truck business. It’s very vague as well. The narrator’s voice is not working for the content. Too matter-of-fact. I am moving on to the next restaurant business book before I have even listened to half of this “book.”

Literally googled all the same info go free and didn’t have to hear the annoying narrater voice
