World War Two rages across Europe and the South Pacific, far from the quiet, small-town world of Winslow, Arizona, where seventeen-year-old, aviation-crazy Jimmy “Flyboy” Doyle complains that “nothing ever happens around here, damn it.”
Until...one night at the Winslow airport...
Nazi Abwehr agents kidnap rocket pioneer Professor Robert Goddard and—by sheer accident—Flyboy too, and whisk them down to South America, where Adolf Hitler’s ultra-top-secret Amerika Projekt is in full swing off the coastline of French Guiana on the notorious penal colony, “Devil’s Island.”
Washington D.C. is “ground zero” for the Nazis’ A9/A10 rocket, packed with a deadly payload guaranteed to kill tens of thousands of innocent people.
Flyboy joins forces with Wernher von Braun, Ernst Udet, Robert Goddard, and Italian test pilot Prince Giacomo Lanzano to somehow, someway turn tragedy into triumph instead.
