Great audiobook with tons of helpful tips I will try. One doesn’t have to have a hard life to feel insecure, I know it because I’m insecure sometimes and I’ve had a regular life. With the help of this book, I’ve discovered many patterns I have that are hurting my confidence, both in my day-to-day achievements and in how I handle rejection. I’m not a believer in magical tips, because like anything, it’s a matter of practice and continuous improvement. But I feel that the author’s hints on how to improve my self-worth will help me build a better personality and avoid emotional withdrawal.
