Infiormative & englightening but not a page turner

A good use of time to educate yourself about housing policy. Still, dont expect something immediately accessible, this one's for policy nerds.

Extensive research, data, and weighing of options

Very thorough look at the challenges involved in fixing housing and reducing costs of living

A solid review of existing housing problems with thoughtful policy solutions. An excellent book for politicians, policy makers, and civic minded folks.

Housing Housing Housing

Great book explaining the current US housing crisis and some solutions for it. This book should be a required read by every local politician and has really become a national issue.

Perhaps better as a reference book

Very technical but a little long, some of the points/chapters could be more concise and summery recommendations would be good.
